This was my first progress meeting with both my supervisor and co-supervisor, Prof. Dilanthi Amaratunga. I've presented my research progress by using slides for Powerpoint presentation on the PhD progress. We managed to discussed several issues related to identifying the problems and research gaps in order to make sure the research will contribute to the body of knowledge and have its originality. Prof. Dilanthi explained how I should come out with a conceptual framework based on what I had reviewed in the literatures. However, I need to add more literature focussing on the context of Malaysian construction industry.
We decided to have our next meeting (with both supervisors) before the Christmas holiday. From there, we will proceed on the preparation of the Interim Assessment (expected to be on April or May).
